Lucy was one of 9 daughters of Capt. George Neville who came from England and settled in Lancaster Co, VA. He was a lineal descendant of the Earl of Warwick. He also had descendants: Gov. Morehead, KY and Gen. Wade Hampton, Sr of WV. Lucy’s second husband was Col. Wm Helm, was married to her sister Letitia. PS She is considered a patriot as she furnished soldiers with provisions during the Revolutionary War. I used her as a patriotic ancestor in DAR. Jane Paire
