Biography
Lucy Roseannah Reese (1761-1792), daughter of John and Mary Reese, in Southampton County, Virginia. Mentioned in her father's will.[1] [2]
William Johnson served in the American Revolutionary War in Virginia. He married, about 1778, Lucy (Rosannah) Reese, daughter of John Reese, in Southampton County, Virginia.
His brother was Willis Johnson.
They had 11 children, 6 sons, 5 daughters:

Gravesite Details
William is buried in the old Johnson Family cemetery with some of his children, grandchildren and other family members. This marker was placed by his great granddaughter, Texie Johnson, in the Johnson Methodist Church Cemetery.
