KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I MORE FANTLEROY for & in consideration of Two thousand & four hundred pounds of Tobacco & Cask in hand receved of JOHN WILLIAMS have bargained and sould unto the said WILLIAMS his heirs & assignes for ever Two hundred acres of land lying & being in the County of RAPPAHANNOCK in FARNHAM CREEK on the North West side of the said Creek on the upper side of the Land whereon LUKE BILLINGTON is located & Extending a mile into the woods for length from the said Creek To Have and To Hold the said land unto him & his his heirs for Ever without (hindrance or molestation from me) or any claiming from me warranting my (title) good & vallid unto the above said Land hereby obliging myself my heirs & assignes upon reasonable demand to make unto said WILLIAMS more ample conveyance for (the same) Witness my hand the 10th day of February anno 1657
