I wrote a book on this family in 1974, author, Dona (Floyd) Vance, copyrighted in Washington, D.C., Placed in libraries in Jasper County, Georgia, the Chamber of Commerce, Jasper County, Georgia, the Ft. Worth, Texas Library, the Texas State Library, Austin, Texas. Luke Williams (1779-1860) married Sarah Anna Hartsfield (1780-1860). She was born in Wake County, North Carolina, died in Jasper County, Georgia. Their children were Isaac Williams, William Sims Williams, Sr., James M. Williams, Thomas B. Williams and Sarah Ann (Williams) Persons, wife of Ben Persons. The will of Anna Hartsfield is on file with the Jasper County Courthouse, Jasper County, Georgia, The Will of Luke Williams, filed 1810, Jasper County Courthouse, jasper County, Georgia. There was also a book on the Hartsfield family written by his descendants, Anna Hartsfield was the daughter of Godfrey Hartsfield, of North Carolina.~ Dona Lorine (Floyd) Kimmons
