Found in The State 14 February 1989: Mrs Lula A. Hawkins, 86, widow of Robert Peter Hawkins, died Monday. Born in Richland County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Mrs. Sue Locklier Arlege (how it is spelled in the obit) and retired from Pacific Mills. Surviving are a son, Robert D. Hawkins of Columbia; daughters, Mrs. Shirley H. Keyes of Prince George, Va., and Mrs. R. Jeanette H. Randell of Fredericksburg, Va.; and sisters, Mrs. Lois Perry and Mrs. Sue Maw, both of Columbia. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
