Lydia was born to Samuel and Remember Smith Jennings at Sandwich in the Massachusetts Bay Colony on February 6, 1713.[1]

She married Nathan Bourne on September 6, 1733 at Sandwich.[2]. Nathan, the son of Nathan and Mary Bassett Bourne, was born at Sandwich on January 16, 1709.[1] He married Lydia Jennings there in 1733[2] and they had 2 children before he died in 1739.[3]
