Lydia Collista Jenkins the oldest daughter of Alonson and Malinda Perkins Jenkins was born in Erie, County Co., PA on Dec. 31, 1853. She went to MI with her parents in 1863. She was married Mar. 3, 1877 to Frank Marvin Hughes born in Pittsford, NY. Six children were born to them as follows; Avis Malinda, Clifford Jessie, Floyd Ernest, Lee Cecil, Ula Elsie, and Ray and Whitebeek.

Avis Malinda Hughes the oldest daughter of Lydia and Frank Hughes was born July 30, 1879 in MI. She was married on Oct. 30, 1901 to Henry Myers. Henry Myers was killed Mar. 17, 1902. Avis was married to Herbert J. Richardson May 24, 1903. They were blessed with four children, Ula, Clare, Claud Frank, and Ray. Ula Richardson oldest child of Avis and H. Richardson was born in MI July 28, 1904. She was married June 17, 1924 to Melvin Curdy, they had four children Evelyn (premature) born Mar. 17, 1925. Gordon born Dec. 5, 1927, Myer Keith born Sept. 11, 1931, and Kathleen born Oct. 4, 1934.

Clare E. Richardson son of Avis and Herbert Richardson was born Feb. 28, 1907. He was married Feb. 26, 1927 to Edna Fern Bettet. They have always lived in Augusta, MI. They have three children; Arthur Lerey, born Dec. 14, 1932. Marvin Keith, born July 21, 1934, and Mary Louise born July 14, 1935. Clare Richardson is Postmaster at Augusta, MI.

Claud Frank Richardson was born in Augusta, MI on May 18, 1912. He was married on Oct. 3, 1932 to Kathryn Williams. They have two children, John Barry, born Aug. 2, 1933, and Dennis Eugene born June 22, 1936.

Ray Richardson was born in Augusta, MI. He was married on Aug. 24, 1935 to Margaret Newkirk, they have one daughter, Linette Richardson, Aug. 23, 1937.

Clifford Jessie Hughes was born in MI on Nov. 22, 1882. He was married on Jan. 10, 1906 to Elfleda Buchanan. They have one son Clifford Jr. born Oct. 12, 1906. Clifford Jr. was married on Aug. 26, 1929 to Frances Moore. They have two daughters Nancy Janette born Nov. 9, 1930 and Alice Josephine born Sept. 17, 1935.

Floyd Ernest Hughes was born Nov. 19, 1883 and died Sept. 22, 1884. Leo Cecil Hughes was born in MI on April 25, 1885. He was married on June 25, 1910 to Miss. Julia Scougal. They have one son Nathan, born Dec. 8, 1918.

Ula Elsie Hughes was born in MI on Oct. 28, 1887 and died Aug. 19, 1888.

Ray Whitbeek Hughes youngest son of Lydia and Frank Hughes was born in MI on July 29, 1880. He became a Doctor. He was married Aug. 7, 1917 to Bertha Carlisle. They have one son, James Hughes, born June 1, 1920. He is single.

Frank Marvin Hughes was dilled on his birthday Oct. 21, 1909 while working for the street car company. Lydia Colista Hughes died Nov. 23, 1933, age 80 years.
