About Majer Ginsberg
Berek Ginsberg’s main heir was his elder son Majer Ginsberg (circa 1800-after 1861) who, in 1823, married Rozalia (born circa 1804), the daughter of Moritz Königsberg of Lublińiec, and then, in 1829, married Rosa Landau. In the 1830’s, he was a linen manufacturer. Just like his father and gtandfather, he was also active within the local Jewish community, for example, as treasurer of the Jewish Hospital.
