About Manuel Abella Imperial
Manuel Abella Imperial was a Filipino lawyer. He studied at the Colegio de Naga, Ateneo de Manila and the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. An academic at heart, he finished his BA in Philosophy in 1928, his MA in 1929, his Doctorate in Philosophy in 1930 and Masters in Law in 1931. He represented the first district of Camarines Sur in the Constitutional Convention of 1934.
