Manuel Lim Sr.

Manuel Lim Sr. was a Filipino politician who served as mayor of Tibiao, Antique from 1992 to 2001.

Manuel is The Only Son of Former Mayor Diodata Tario-Lim Bandoja and Catalino Bandoja. Born February 11, 1925 in Brgy. Sta Justa Tibiao, Antique.

Through he's the only child he grew humbly, industrious and generous Person, as Everybody called Him Simply "Toto Manuel/Noling". He finished his Bachelor of science in commerce at Central Philippine University in 1950.

He was married to Anita Mandolado of Bugasong Antique a former home economics teacher who graduated from Philippine Women 's College in Iloilo City. They were gifted by 12 children.

Toto Noling Manuel Bandoja Lim Sr, a hardworking and God fearing Individual, who served the Public and brought Tibiao Honor and Pride, is an ideal father to his Family and real Model to remember for all of us Tibiaohanons.

Manuel Bandoja Lim Sr. Had touched the Lives of Tibiaohanons. When he died on July 09, 2009, People and Students Paid there last Respect by attending the 2nd Longest Funeral in the history of The Town.
