About Margaret Elizbeth Bunch
Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Bunch, 85, resident of Kingston for 59 years, died at City hospital in Fayetteville, February 3, 1941. She was born April 12, 1855 at Huntsville, daughter of William Boatright and Martha Fancher Boatright, both from Tennessee. She had lived in Arkansas all her life. She was married to J. W. Bunch on Feb. 18, 1875. He died in 1921. Mr. and Mrs. Bunch opened a trading company at Kingston in 1880 and founded the Bank of Kingston in 1911. Mr. Bunch served as president of the bank and their three sons later served as cashiers. He was a member of the state legislature in 1885. Mr. and Mrs. Bunch were founders of a school and community-church at Kingston. Mother of: William L. Bunch of Fayetteville, Alvln B. Bunch of Kingston, Mrs. Ora Presley of Savannah, Mo., Mrs. Harry Fields Carl Bunch of Springdale. Sister of: William Boatright of Huntsville, R.D.
