Abstracts of James Carruth's will are on record in the Public Records Office in Belfast. The original will was lost in a fire in the Dublin Records Office. James Carruth and family lived in Ballypallidy, in Ballymartin Parish, barony of Belfast, County Antrim, about six miles north of Belfast. James died in 1728 and I believe his wife Margaret Law Carruth died in 1729. ...
