Method:
1. Wash Chicken; drain on paper towels
2. Flour completely; lawry's seasoned salt & pepper, accent & fry in deep fat

Brownies:
Ingredients:
Brownies:
1/2 lb butter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
optional: 2 cups whole pecans
Icing:
1 tsp vanilla
1 box confectioner's sugar, sifted
7 Tb milk [1 Tb less than 1/2 cup]
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
3 tb butter
1. preheat oven to 350 cut a piece of waxed paper or parchment paper to fit 9" x 13" pan. Butter papper and put it in pan. Butter sides of pan.
2. Melt chocolate & butter in double boiler. Beat eggs well. Slowly add sugar. Cream sugar and eggs on medium high spped for 10 to 15 min. Add Chocolate mixture. Add 1/4 flour, 1/4 of the milk/vanilla mixture. Beat only enough to blend in each new addition---do not overbeat. Do not overcook...cool.
3. Icing:While the brownines are cooking, melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. In a mixing bowl, add milk and vanilla to sifted confectioner's sugar and mix well. Add butter and chocolate. Beat well. Leave in mixing bowl, and go back to beat icing mixture well a few time while the brownies are cooking and cooling. Spread on cooled brownies.
