Margaret Ker was the daughter of Sir Walter Ker of Cessford.[1]

She married Alexander Home, 5th Lord Home, son of George Home, 4th Lord Home and Mariot Halyburton, before 4 February 1557/58.[1]

She married Patrick Gray, 4th Lord Gray, son of Gilbert Gray and Egidia Mercer, before 4 February 1557/58.[1]

From before 4 February 1557/58, her married name became Home.[1]

From before 4 February 1557/58, her married name became Gray.[1]
