About Margaret Lentz

Margaret married Johan Adam Lentz (Adam) in Montgomery County, Ohio in 1843. Adam's father, Jacob, Sr. brought his family from Germany sometime between 1816 and 1818. Adam was born in Pennsylvania in 1819. Margaret and Adam moved from the Dayton, Ohio area to Elkhart County, Indiana shortly after their marriage, following most of the Ohio branch of the Whitehead clan. Margaret unfortunately died the next year of unknown causes. Adam went on to marry again to Elizabeth Neff and ultimately took his family to Illinois and then to Adrian, Missouri. Adam died there in 1906.
