MEMORIAL PHOTOS 0 FLOWERS 1 Said to be b. c 1646, d/o John & Helen (Baillie) Burnett. She is said to have m. James Lockhart, 26/12/1672 in Edinburgh. This is not 26 Dec 1672, but 26 Feb 1672/73, as Scotland was under the Julian calendar, in which February is the 12th month. There is no record or her departure for or arrival in Virginia. So, if she is the 1st wife of Lt. James Lockhart, she probably died in Scotland & their reputed children were born in Scotland before the end of 1677.
Those children are said to be:
- 1. James (bp. 26 Dec 1673-<28 Apr 1711)
- 2. Joseph (c 1675-?)
- 3. Benjamin (?-?)
- 4. John (?-1746)
