Margaret St. Lawrence is the daughter of Nicholas St. Lawrence, 8th Baron Howth and Margaret Barnewall.[1],[2]

She married, firstly, Jenico Preston, 5th Viscount Gormanston, son of Christopher Preston, 4th Viscount Gormanston and Catherine FitzWilliam.[3]

She married, secondly, Lucas Plunkett, 1st Earl of Fingall, son of Christopher Plunkett, 8th Lord Killeen and Genet Dillon.[3]

Her married name became Plunkett.[3]

Her married name became Preston.[3] As a result of her marriage, Margaret St. Lawrence was styled as Viscountess Gormanston on 24 January 1599/0.
