Margaret married Thomas Warde by 1651, when their daughter Elizabeth was born at Hampton, New Hampshire. [1] Thomas born about 1620, one of the early settlers of Hampton, is speculated to be the son of Francis and Susanna (Browne) Ward, of Filby, Norfolk, England and later of Great Yarmouth. [2]

She may have been Thomas' second wife, as Thomas was directed by the court in 1651/2, to 'bring his wife home from England'. [2]
