Contents: Alan de Thorlotoft and Joan his wife to Margaret widow of Walter de Hamby. Property: a rent charge of 3 shillings, payable by Simon son of Reginald ad Mare of Hogsthorpe. Witnesses: William de Rig, Thomas son of Hyng, Ralph de Rig, Peter le Bawant, Martin ad West aulam, Robert Pilat, Robert De Broweleby. 2 seal tags.

This shows that Walter de Hamby husband of Margaret de Willoughby died before 1300

Property: all lands etc. in Welton, Boothby, Sloothby, Slekholm and Hoggestorp, namely: 1) a toft with ½ bovate in Welton, once held by Walter the Forester. 2) a toft and croft in Boothby called Whivelandes. 3) a cultura of 5 acres called Lang landes. 4) a cultura of 4 acres called Bramethwaythirne. 5) a mark rent charge payable by Robert Tours. 6) 3 shillings rent charge payable by Simon son of Reginald ad Mare. 7) 18 pence rent charge payable by Emma Scrivayn.
