Constable of Burdeaux in Normandy, by his will, (proved 1446, but dated in 1442,) ordered his body to be buried in England, in the conventual church of St. James at Old-Bukenham: Alice his wife, the lady Hastyngs his daughter, and Alice and Eleanor, two other daughters, who were nuns, are mentioned in it, Will. Tirrell, Esq. was a witness to it, he being then at Burdeaux. (Regr, Wylhy, 128, b.)
