Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 20, 1986 from Oliver Chapel at 10 a.m. for Mrs. Marguerite Veazey Grantham, 64 of Pearl, an Attala County native from Kosciusko resident.
She died Saturday, Jan. 18 at Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield following a length illness. She was a retired employee of the Mississippi State Hospital.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Gladys Skinner of Kosciusko & several nieces & nephews. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kosciusko.
Services was preached by the Rev. John A. Wade, assisted by the Rev. B.C. Nunn. Burial was in Vaiden Cemetery.
Palbearers were Charle Dunn, Jim Loche, Mitchell Williams, Oscar Knight, Marvin Clark, & Billy Hambrick.
