There are conflicting accounts on place of death - she apparently either died in Chinook or in Havre. One source claims death at Chinook County Hospital, Havre, which makes little sense - Havre is in Hill County and is the location of the Northern Montana Hospital. Chinook is in Blaine County. It seems likely that she may have died at Northern Montana Hospital. The brother Bernhard Neufeld mentioned by Maria in one of her Rundschau submissions would surely be a step-brother. Could that Bernhard be #69184, born 29 Jun 1865? Her obituary has her name as Mrs. Peter Cornelsen.
