Maybe a her birth surname was correct a Heža (as a one type of written surname of Heza), and later and during Austro-Hungarian Empire was changed into Heza, and mentioned in some records as Heza. (?)

Also a her birth surname Heza, maybe was before as Hezar (?). Seems a Heža is a Czech version of the surname Heza.
