Inventory of all such property relinquished by the death of Maria Wilhelmina de Waal widow of the late John Pigolt Watney which happened on the twenty seventh day of the month of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven. The deceased having by her last will and testament executed at Wynberg before seven witnesses on the 25:th February 1827 appointed as her sole and universal heirs her two children named Peter Watney and Maria Josina Christina Watney born on the [ ..... ] November in the year 1807, the portion of the firstmentioned with fidei commis as more fully appears in said will and has appointed the worshipful Board of Orphan Masters of this Colony to be and to act as her executors.
