On April 6, 1695, Mariana de Sosa, widow of Diego Garcia de Quintanilla, sold the part of the Hacienda de Catalina that her husband had inherited from his parents, Captain Lucas Garcia and Juliana de Quintanilla. She sold her share of the Hacienda because each of her six children would inherit only a small piece of the hacienda, pieces too small to use effectively. The sale price was 210 pesos; it was bought by Blas de Arrechederra y Gallarreta, a merchant and mayor of Monterrey, and his wife Maria Gonzales Hidalgo.

In the transaction noted above, Mariana de Sosa states that Pedro de Longoria and Agustina are the parents of Diego, Jose and Maria.

She was married to Diego GARCIA de Quintanilla . Children were:
