About Mariano Ezpeleta
Mariano Ezpeleta was one of the Iloilo delegates to the 1934 Philippine Constitution Convention. He became the first Philippine Consul-General to Shanghai, serving from 1948 to 1949. He was the Philippine Ambassador to Australia from 1960 to 1970.
