About Mariano Melendres
Mariano Melendres was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served the Governor of Rizal from 1913 to 1916. He represented the second district of Rizal at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 3, 1919 to June 2, 1925. He was a delegate for the same area during the 1934 Constitutional Convention.
