Marie made a deed as a Gift in Trust signed May 1, 1799, to Charles and Mary Waters (her granddaughter) for their child, Fanny. It included the following articles:
1 black horse, aged 4 years 1 gray horse, aged same 11 head of cattle 16 head of hogs a flock of geese 2 feather beds and furniture.
It and was witnessed by James Head and Peter Head. As an afterthought, the LeBon family had a deal of trouble with this Charles Waters, who tried to secure all the LeBon's property. Needless to say, he became very unpopular with the entire family. After he got this property from old Mrs. LeBon, she went to live with a grandson, Peter LeBoon, until she died. _____________________________________________
