Marie C. McGue McGue, Marie C. (Finneran) age 97 of Quincy, died on June 14, 2016.

The beloved wife of the late Willis McGue. Devoted mother of Evelyn O’Donnell and her husband Joseph of Oak Bluffs, Patricia Draper and her husband Richard of Southborough, William “Bill” McGue and his wife Judy of Maynard and Marie Pino and her husband Peter of North Attleboro. Loving sister of Thomas Finneran of Harwich and the late Nancy Kelley. Grandmother of Meredith Bombardier, Tony, Steven, Gregory and Kimberly Pino and Christopher McGue. Marie is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Marie was a lifelong Quincy resident. She worked as a school traffic supervisor At the Montclair School for the City of Quincy from 1965 until her retirement in 1983. She was an ambassador at the River Bay Club – Brookdale @ Quincy Bay. Marie was also a member at the Quincy Retirement Association. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting and loved to bake chocolate chip cookies. Her family was the center of her life, they were all that was truly important to her. They feel grateful for all the blessing she brought into their lives. Marie will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday, June 17 from 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
