Biography
Marie Josèphe Richard was born in 1691 in Port-Royal, Acadie, Nouvelle-France. Her parents were Alexandre Richard and Isabelle Petitpas. She married François Savoye, son of Germain Savoye and Marie Brau on November 23, 1707 at Port Royal.
