Marie Kulka (Knöpfelmacher)

Marie Knopflmacher, b. Politz [Police], 9 Aug 1837, was the dau of Jakob Knopfelmacher and Fanny (Dittel) Knopfelmacher. She d. in Kolin, 19 Jul 1930, age 93. She m. in Vitkov, 30 Aug 1859, Moses Lobl [Moritz] Kulka, b. household #14, Leipnik, 4 Feb 1832, son of Joachim and Paulina (Gluck) Kulka. He d. in Kolin, 16 Dec 1915, age 84. They lived in Vitkov (1860), Uhersky Ostroh (c1861-1867), and finally in Kolin. Moritz Kulka’s death notice, dated 19 Dec 1915, lists his survivors as his wife Marie; his son Siegfried Kulka, “kantor of Teplitz”; his daughters Ernestine Kulka, Auguste Pick geb. Kulka of Prag, and Pauline Kulka of Wien; his brothers, Leopold Kulka of Freiberg and Alois Kulka of Wien; his son-in-law, Sigmund Pick of Prag, and his two grandchildren, Rudolf and Grete Pick.
