On his Marriage Cert, to Isabella Woolf, it lists his name as Mark Solomons. On his wife's Death Certificate he lists his name as Moses Parker.

Moses Parker ? maybe it was his Hebrew name ?

What has been holding me up is this guy (pasted below)

He was the informant of her death, indicated as "son-in-law" living at 137 Cannon street Road, St George in the East

... which is how I found him below. He is a Draper and both he and Rachel are born in Russia ..... another mystery

I know it IS our Isabella because her son Henry and his wife Rose and two kiddies are living at the very same address in 1901 census 159 Goswell road, Holborn, London
