Martha Fretz

Gospel Herald - May 31, 1960 - Vol. LIII, No.22 - page 502, 503 Fretz, Martha, daughter of John B. and Adeline Ressor, was born July 5, 1888, in Markham Twp., Ont.; died, after a lengthy illness, May 4, 1960, at Moorefield, Ont.; aged 71 y. 9 M. 29 d. She was married on March 28, 1918, to Joseph C. Fretz, who died Aug. 22, 1956. Surviving are 4 children (John, Salem Oreg.; Walter and Ruth--Mrs. Cyril Gingerich, both of Toronto; and Pauline--Mrs. Clayton Cressman, Moorefield). She was a member of the Shantz Church. Funeral services were held May 7 at the Wideman Church, in charge of L. H. Witmer and Gordon Bauman; interment in the Wideman Cemetery.
