Martha (Filmer) Green was a Virginia colonist.
Martha was born in 1640,[1] in East Sutton, Kent, England, to parents, Elizabeth and Major Henry Filmer.[2][3]
In 1653, she immigrated from England to Virginia with her parents.[4][5] In 1660, she married Thomas "Seagull" Green.[6][7][8] Their first-born child, John, was born shortly thereafter, followed by eight more children: Thomas, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Mary, Abram, Filmer, William, Hannah.[9][10
