About Martha Ann Elizabeth Insco

Martha Ann Elizabeth (Liza) Taylor was the daughter of Spencer Green Taylor and Sarah J. Baldridge. She was first married to John R. Anderson on January 15 1878. She and John had a daughter named Alice who died in infancy and a son named Willie. After the death of John Anderson she married William Columbus Insco on November 21, 1901. After the death of William Insco she married Albert Maubray. He predeceased in 1921.

Mrs. Insco, a member of a highly respected family in the community, joined the Corinth Baptist Church when she was just 18 years old. She remained a faithful member until her death. Mrs. Insco had four brothers: James J Taylor, T.E. Taylor and S.A. Taylor all of Dresden Tennessee. In addition, A.M. Taylor of Scoobe, Mississippi and C.C. Taylor.

According to all accounts Mrs. Insco was a great inspiration to all who knew her. She never complained of her sufferings and she found great comfort in God and the everlasting life.
