Attleboro, Mass., Aug. 29, 1798. Graduate of Brown University, 1826. Was a professor in different institutions of learning in Tennessee. Came North when the war commenced, and d. in Marietta Oct. 17, 1871. She died Los Angeles, Cal., Feb. 6, 1890, aged 80 years.
