Mary Felstead married George Abbott in the parish of Great Tey, co. Essex, England on 05 October 1624.
"Mary wife of George Abbott" was buried at Chappel, the neighboring parish in Essex county, at the end of the year 1633 [exact date is illegible].

A sixth son of George, Thomas Jr., born by 1639, was at Concord, Mass., in 1659, d. Andover, 6 May 1695; m. 15 Dec 1664, Sarah Stewart. He was most likely not a son of Mary Felstead.

There are no birth sources for Mary Felstead and her parents are unknown. She is known to be the wife of the George Abbott who emigrated from Essex, England to Rowley, Massachusetts, and to be the mother of his first five children. I haven't found any sources for her, but I'll leave her here because she's mentioned in the histories of Rowley, Massachusetts as the mother of the Abbotts who went forth and multiplied from there.
