About Mary Ann Morehart (Conrad)

11 Aug 1904, Eagle County Blade, p. 1--"Not often will one see a finer looking crowd or a happier one than is to be seen at the Palace rooming house today. It includes four generations and is membered as follows: Mrs. J. W. Morehart, of Eagle, the great-grandmother; Mrs. Nina Christensen and three sons of Eagle; Mrs. Lizzie Roush, Mrs, Anna Servis and son, and Mrs. N. M. Fowler, the latter three ladies all from Chicago. The interesting group was photographed at one of the galleries here today. The grandmother is aged but 39." [That would be Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Roush.]

12 Aug 1904, Eagle Valley Enterprise, p. 1

Mrs. J. W. Morehart and daughter, Mrs. Andrew Chistensen, gave a picnic last Sunday in honor of their visitors, Mrs. M. K. Servis, Mrs. D. L. Roush and Mrs. N. M. Fowler, all of Chicago. The other members of the party, besides the ladies first mentioned, were Mr. and Mrs. R. Arthur, Mrs. Reichter, Miss Mabel Morehart, H. W. Goodrich, Albert Enos and Edgar Morehart. The excursionists left Eagle at 9 o'clock and drove up the Brush Creek valley to the Wicks ranch. The afternoon was pleasantly passed in fishing. A nice lunch was served at noon and again in the evening.

15 Nov 1907, Eagle Valley Enterprise, p. 1--Mrs. Mary Morehart, mother of Mrs. A. Christensen, is here from Pueblo and will likely remain during the winter.

19 Jul 1912, Eagle Valley Enterprise, p. 1--Mrs. J. M. [Should this be W?] Morehart and Phyllis Mable Greenland, daughter of Agent J. F. Greenland, left on Wednesday for Nevada and California for a extended visit.
