Mary Boley

SARASOTA, Fla. -- Mary Boley, 81, of Sarasota, Fla., went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010. Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Mennonite Church, with Levi Sommers officiating. Burial will be in Hochstetler Family Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg. She was born March 27, 1928, in Millersburg, the daughter of John J. and Fanny (Kuhns) Miller, and married Mahlon Boley. He preceded her in death. Mary was a 1955 graduate from CMBS, Berlin, and a 1959 graduate from EMC, Harrisburg, Va. She had taught many years in both public and private schools in Ohio and Florida. She was a Shaklee representative since 1980. Surviving are stepdaughters, Mary Jane (Clifford) Yoder of Georgia, and Sally (Bob) Tedmarsh of Illinois; a stepdaughter-in-law, Virginia Boley; brothers, Atlee and Albert Miller, both of Millersburg; and sisters, Iva Yutzy and Elva Raber, both of Sarasota, Fla., Esther Miller of Millersburg and Nora Sommers of Berlin. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a stepson, Larry Boley.
