Mary Boyer

Mary was Christened on 22 May 1774 in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Frederick.

Another source lists the wedding date for Mary and John as December 21, 1796. It's possible that's the date the license was issued.

Am not 100% about Mary Margaretha being the Mary Burkhart, wife of John Boyer. She is the only Mary Burkhart that I can find in Berks Co., PA despite a very large family, other members of which intermarried with the Byers family, including Elizabeth Byers with Levi Burkhart and Lilburn Byers with Elizabeth Burkhart Carmack (daughter of Hannah Elizabeth Burkhart). The fact that both parents get hits on the DNA helps!
