Mrs. Mary Christina Ada (Horn) Blackmore was born March 1, 1874 to John and Mary Christina (Davidston) Horn in Point Lookout, Box Elder,Utah. She passed away July 24, 1966 in Cardston, Alberta,Canada.
She married William Morris Blackmore July 13, 1889 in Almo, Cassia, Idaho,then moved to Cardston,Canada July 1892 where she resided until her death.
She was a member of the Alberta, Canada Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by seven sons: John, James, William and Harold of Cardston, Canada; Richard, of Edmonton, Canada, Daniel of Vernon, B.C.; Joseph "Ray" of Creston, B.C.;Four daughters: Mrs. Zina Boehmer of Cranbrook,B.C.; Mrs Mattie Holyoak, Moab, Utah; Mrs Leone Jorde of Clinton, B.C. and Mrs Eleene Quinton of Cardston; 90 grand children, 125 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
