Lady Mary Cecil is the daughter of Thomas Cecil, 1st Earl of Exeter and Dorothy Neville.[1]

She married Edward Denny, 1st and last Earl of Norwich, son of Henry Denny and Honora Grey, circa 1590.[2] From circa 1590, her married name became Denny.[1]
