About Mary Harnish
Mrs. Mark K. Harnish, eighty-four, of Hessdale, Strasburg township, died at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sabina Stoner, Hessdale, of infirmities due to advanced age. She was a daughter of the late George and Mary Kreider Kendig and was a member of the New Providence Mennonite church for more than fifty years. She was the widow of Martin G. Harnish. Surviving are six children, Barbara and Mary Harnish, both of Willow Street; Lizzie, wife of Noah Byers, of New Providence; George of Strasburg township; Martin, of Quarryville RD, and Mrs. Stoner, with whom she resided; two brothers, George Kendig, of Wabank, and Christ Kendig of the Lititz Pike, and one sister, Mrs. Barbara Meck, of Lampeter.
