Report of death in Northam Courier 14 Jan 1921.

The Sunday Mirror Sunday 16 January 1921: Mrs. Mary Beard, relict of the late Con. Beard, died in the Northam hospital, aged 83. Deceased came from Limerick over 60 years agone (sic), and ever since has been a Northam district resident. Her first husband was James Biddle, and her second Cornelius Beard. She survived both.

The grave where Mary was interred is in the Roman Catholic (Pioneers) section of Northam Cemetery. Three of her sons (who predeceased her) were also interred there: James Biddle (died 20 Mar 1876, aged 14), William Biddle (died 4 Oct 1901, aged 36 years) and George Biddle (died 10 Nov 1907, aged 49 years).
