Mary Ann Krieger

Mary Ann Sink (or Sign) was born April 29, 1826, in Indiana. She married John Christopher Krieger on March 29, 1849, at Brown County, Illinois. John had been previously married (the identity of his first wife is unknown) and had three children, two were daughters. Mary Ann and John had the following known children:1. Samuel Franklin Krieger (1849-1920)2. George W. Krieger, born abt. 1852 in Illinois, nothing further known3. Steven Andrus Krieger (1853-1935)4. Christopher Columbus Krieger (1856-1910)5. Cynthia Amanda (Krieger) Kingsley6. Louis R. Krieger b. abt. 1867, Knox County, Missouri. He married Helena May Wingfield (1877-1902) on January 23, 1893, at Novelty, Knox County, Missouri. They had two sons; Walter and C. Lawrence.7. Sarah Frances (Krieger) Leckbee (1869-1945)Mary Ann died January 29, 1875, at Shelton Twp., Knox County, Missouri.John then married Abigail F. "Abbey" Snow (1829-1883) on March 18, 1876, at Knox County, Missouri. Abbey was buried in the same cemetery as Mary Ann. There were no children.John then married Margaret A. Fox (1825-?) on March 26, 1885, at Edina, Knox County, Missouri. John participated in one of the Oklahoma Land Runs in the late 1880s. John and Margaret divorced in the early 1890s. There were no children.John lastly married Ailey Baker (1857-?) on November 1, 1894, at Union, Canadian County, Oklahoma. John died June 12, 1898, at Horatio, Sevier County, Arkansas. His burial location is unknown.
