"MRS. LINDSAY DIES AT HOME Mrs. Susan Lindsay, wife of P.S.G. Lindsay of Warm Springs, died Suddenly at her home about 6:15 o’clock, Sunday morning, April 4. Her death was attributed to heart failure. She was 71 years old. Mrs. Lindsay answered when called to get breakfast, but a few minutes later a second call brought no response. When a member of the family went to investigate the cause, it was discovered that she was dead.

She was born at Star Chapel on Oct. 6, 1872, a daughter of the late Samuel and Rachel Hodge Ginger.

Surviving are her husband and the following children: Maggie Alexander Hamilton, OH.; Mrs. Florence Hodge, Los Angeles, Calif.; William Lindsay, West Chester, Pa.; Robert Lindsay, New York City; Mrs. Lonnie Hodge, Warm Springs; Emmett Hodge, Warm Springs; Emmett Lindsay, U.S. Army, Texas; Marshall Lindsay, Minnesota; and Mitchell and Catherine Lindsay at home. A brother, Stuart Ginger of Bolar, and three sisters, Mrs. James Woodzelle, Mrs. Joe Lindsay, and Miss Sallie Ginger, also survive. Burial took place last Thursday in the Warm Springs cemetery."
