Aug. 22, 1902 (Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)--A committee of which Mary Louise Close McAlpin is a member is sponsoring a fair for the benefit of the Adirondack Cottage Sanitarium at Saranac Lake. The venue is the ballroom of Paul Smith's Hotel (Adirondacks). [Mrs. McAlpin was at one time also on the board of the Wilson Industrial School and a charter member of the Abbott Kittredge Club for Girls.]
