About Mary Middleton
Sir John Wittewrong, 1st Baronet (1 November 1618 – 23 June 1693) was an English parliamentarian colonel and squire of Rothamsted Manor.
i. Sir John Wittewrong, knighted by Charles I. in 1640, and created a Baronet in 1602, purchased the manor of Stantonbury, in Bucks, of Sir John Temple, in 1667, and there erected a handsome mansion. He served as sheriff of Herts in 1658, being chosen by the parliament-
