Mary Branch was born in 1764 at Manchester Paris, Chesterfield, VA. She is the daughter of Matthew Branch and Ridley Jones Branch. She married Lt. Benjamin Moseley, son of William Moseley and Mary Watkins, on 25 Dec 1783 at Chesterfield Co., VA. She was living on 11 Feb 1839; Mary (Branch) Moseley was alive 11 Feb 1839, being then 74 years old. Stutesman states Mary was buried the Eldridge Cemetery, Buckingham Co. (Some Watkins Families of VA and their Kin:..., by John Hale Stutesman, 1989, p.182) He may be refering to the cemetery at Rolfton. She was buried in 1848 at Rolfton Cemetery, "Rolfton", Buckingham Co., VA. She died in 1848 at Buckingham Co., VA; according to Stutesman who states, Mary was buried at the Eldridge Cemetery, Buckingham Co. (Some Watkins Families of VA and their Kin:..).
