Mary O'Gorman

Mary O'Gorman was born on 4th May 1873.

Her parents were Edmond and Johanna Gorman from Glennagat.

Thomas, Mary, John and James added an "O" to their surname - Over previous generations it appears that the "O" in O'Gorman has been added and dropped at various times.

Mary wasn't listed as living at House 1 in Glennagat when the 1911 survey was taken.

On 22nd February 1911 Mary O'Gorman married Michael Phelan (who at one time worked as a time keeper for O'Gorman Coachbuilders) at the church at New Inn. Mary's declared age was 35 and Michael' age was 37.

They lived at 26, Queen Street, Clonmel - No know family
